Enterprise that he and the Other Racketeering Defendants, in furtherance of the goals
of the RICO Enterprise, breached their contractual and legal obligations to Gary
Wayne Thompson. These breaches are a part of pattern of racketeering activity of the
RICO Enterprise. Gary Wayne Thompson suffered damages as a result of this aspect
of the RICO Enterprise.
3.2
The relationship between the RICO predicate acts, the breaches of the
contractual and legal obligations to Gary Wayne Thompson and the Racketeering
Defendants’ conduct, in injuring and thereby damaging Gary Wayne Thompson, in
furtherance of pattern of RICO activities, is summarily identified here as an overview to
the connection between the various causes of action, which are supported by the facts
detailed in this Complaint and supplementary facts that will be provided later.
3.3
The scheme of the Racketeering Defendants is relatively simple; it is the
execution of their scheme that is more complex.
3.4
The simple scheme of the Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the Other
Racketeering Defendants was to use the assets of Gary Wayne Thompson in various
ways, to enrich each of the members of the Racketeering Enterprise. An important
vehicle in their thievery scheme was to use the façade of legal business contracts to
illegally transfer the assets of Gary Wayne Thompson to themselves.
3.5 Some of the schemes operated in the following ways.
3.5.1
Mark Andrew Gomez was the guardian of Gary Wayne Thompson so that
he could operate a RICO Enterprise that would divest Gary Wayne Thompson of
