Nathaniel Russell is the cousin of Derwin Ware and a landscaping
contractor.

Nathaniel Russell received a large amount of funds from the assets of Gary
Wayne Thompson for a minimal amount of landscaping work that left the property
of Gary Wayne Thompson in worse shape than it was before Nathaniel Russell did
the landscaping. He was a participant in the RICO Enterprise.

John Doe 1 is the designation given for a defendant that is not identified by
name here, as his share of the RICO Enterprise in presently unknown. Once this
individual’s share of the RICO Enterprise is known, if these assets are not replaced,
this defendant will be identified by name and this Complaint will be amended. Quite
frankly, the conduct of this defendant is not presently thought to be roguish enough
for him to be lumped together with the Other Racketeering Defendants.
